The SLIP annual Independence celebrations will be held this year on the 9th May at 7.30 in Wynn’s Hotel, Dublin.
The keynote speaker will be Joe Costello TD Minister of State at the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade with responsibility for Trade and Development.
This year is a particularly special celebration marking the opening of an Irish Embassy in Freetown and honouring almost 200 years of connections between SL and Ireland.
