SLIP welcomes Bishop Joseph Aruna and Dr. Staneala Beckley to Ireland

The keynote speakers at the ‘Strengthening Education in Sierra Leone’ seminar tomorrow have arrived in Dublin Airport.

They were met at the airport by Jim Owens and Frank Roden, and welcomed by Archbishop Diarmuid Martin at his residence in Drumcondra.

They have been welcomed on a day of glorious sunshine!

Programme for girls rescued from prostituion by Don Bosco Fambul

Don Bosco Fambul Freetown has programmes for boys and girls at risk, ebola victims, mudslide survivors and education programmes. SLIP sent a donation to Don Bosco Fambul for the victims of the mudslide.The money was raised at the inter faith service in Christ Church Cathedral.
